Who You’ll See in Manhattan
Elizabeth Feingold, MD, Co-Founder
Board certified in Adult, Child & Adolescent, and Forensic Psychiatry. Chief resident at Mt. Sinai, with fellowships at Albert Einstein (forensic), New York Presbyterian through Cornell and Columbia (child & adolescent) and NYU (public psychiatry). She has held leadership and directorship roles in the psychiatric emergency programs at Metropolitan, Harlem and Bellevue Hospitals, and served as a consultant to the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for the court-mandated AOT treatment program. She sees patients throughout the tristate area by video.
Erin Samuels, MD, Adult & Forensic Psychiatrist
Psychiatry residency at NYU School of Medicine and a forensic psychiatry fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and an attending psychiatrist at the Bellevue Hospital Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program, and previously served as Director of Adult Outpatient Psychiatric Services at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She has a particular interest in mood, anxiety, eating and psychotic disorders, and sees patients virtually.
Alex Mustachi, PMHNP, Co-Founder
Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Alex sees patients in person in New York, Westchester and Connecticut, and virtually in all locations. He accepts major medical insurance through Headway.

Forensic Psychiatry and Expert Witness Work
Both Dr. Feingold and Dr. Samuels completed forensic psychiatry fellowships at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and have extensive experience testifying in a wide variety of forensic matters. Dr. Feingold has conducted hundreds of forensic psychiatric evaluations in civil, criminal and family court and has testified in both bench and jury trials. Insurance and Fees
- Out-of-network with our physicians. You pay the practice directly, and we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
- In-network with Alex Mustachi, PMHNP, who accepts major medical insurance through Headway.
All fees are stated up front in your new-patient forms, along with your Good Faith Estimate.
